• AEP is the security provider for the Perth Motorcycle & Scooter Show! (19/08/09).

• Craig Edwards and Mathew Jones are the guest speakers today, at the MEA Professional Development Seminar on Risk Management, held at the Burswood Entertainment Complex, Perth W.A. (20/08/09).
  
  
• AEP is attending the The Brew's Small Business Expo on Wed 4th and Thu 5th November at Challenge Stadium (28/10/09).
  
  
• Amendments to the Security & Related Activities Control Act 1996 will come into effect on Monday 14th of December 2009.  These amendments address i.a. the qualifying criteria to be issued with a secuirty and/or crowd controller's licence and eligibility to get licences renewed.  A much stricter criterion will apply where persons with a criminal record may be refused a licence or have their licence revoked.
  Additionally, over the next year or so, other amendments such as complusory First Aid Certificates will need to be complied with by all security and crowd control staff (10/12/09).
