Mutual Service Agreement
For all quoted jobs, Australian Event Protection (WA) Pty Ltd requests the following Mutual Service Agreement shall take effect.
This service agreement is made between the following parties:
The quoted Client and Australian Event Protection (now referred to as provider or AEP). ABN: 28 122 215 909 of 49 Hay Street. Subiaco, Western Australia 6008.
This agreement refers to all quotes provided to the client by the provider .
This agreement is in direct relation to services contracted on the client’s site/venue of operation.
The client hereby engages AEP to provide security services. AEP agrees to undertake and provide all of the provisions of this agreement at all times whilst engaged in the nominated services.
1. The client will directly:
- Provide AEP with information and equipment directly related to site specific requirements and record receipt of such.
- Rate is set per hours as per quote plus GST, per guard.
- Period of service – as per quote.
- Terms of payment are strict as per quote.
- Payment is to be via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Should the client require payment via credit card, please contact info@aep.com.au to get a credit & account application form.
2. The provider will directly:
- Provide to the client a copy of Agent’s Licence (current).
- Provide to the client a copy of certificates of currency (Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Third Party Motor Vehicle insurance).
- Provide licensed guards in accordance with the Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996.
- Work within the parameters of Security Related Legislation and internal processes.
- Provide to the client suitably trained personnel meeting legislative requirements.
- Abide by all site standard operating procedures as supplied by clients and AEP.
AEP - Client Mutual Service Agreement-Cont:
- Wear only AEP supplied uniforms when employed by AEP.
- Maintain exceptional grooming standards and uniform dress application.
- Comply with AEP Code of Conduct.
- Comply with AEP OH&S Policies.
- Supply guard services in the period specified as per quote.
Release from Liability
AEP will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or other liability except to the extent that such loss, damage, injury other liability was caused by the distinct negligence of AEP. Any incidents that directly fall under any section of the Crimes Act (e.g. theft from site) shall be reported to police with COPS event numbers recorded and supplied to both AEP and the client.
This agreement shall take immediate effect in accordance with all pertinent State and Federal laws, and that all parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts representing the State or Territory for any matter arising from this Agreement. |
